In recent months, Hecta Consulting has been reflecting on an important question: how do we really measure the quality of services delivered to the people we serve? These reflections were part of the conversations we brought to the 18th World Congress on Public Health (WCPH) 2026 in Cape Town.

Hecta Consulting, in collaboration with the Nakuru and Trans Nzoia County Departments of Health, held a Biannual Peer Learning Workshop in Kisumu County. The teams took stock of their progress in assessing indicators, while strengthening processes and systems to support better service delivery at the primary healthcare level.
